Returns You may return unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and hygiene seals (if any) still attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or color, provided the item is still in stock. Customers must cover both return shipping and the reshipment fee, which starts at ₱150.
